30 minutes, which is 6 rounds.
45 minutes, which is 9 rounds.

Aqua Bags – Punching Bags, TechnoGym – Skillmils, and Floorwork are the three main pillars of the workout.
Tone & Strength – Resistance based movements, which are based on functional strength training that focuses on injury prevention. A little more Metcon, a little more insanity, and, most importantly, a lot of fun.
Mobility and Hand-Eye coordination – The repetition of movements, focusing on form will allow you not just build strength but bring agility and flexibility to the mix.
Endurance and Speed – The high-intensity component of each session works the body close to its VO2 max, promoting fat burning, athletic conditioning, and improved metabolism, as well as building and working your cardiovascular system. Interval component of each session builds lean muscle tissue and burns more calories.
